CONSULTED FOR – HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, SLEEP APNEA, WEIGHT LOSS
Towards the end of last year. I started having sleep issues and stomach problems which came on and off. As time went on my health began to take a turn for the worse. I started having cramps at night, heart palpitations, dizziness, waking up tired and a general weakness most of the day. I always had recurring High blood pressure, which I could never find the trigger or cause.
I made my situation known to Dr. Avneet and she recommended a root cause analysis and certain blood tests for more clarity on the state of my health. We got on a call session with the aim of taking my history, isolating the symptoms and investigating how my diet and lifestyle might be affecting my health.
It was quite a thorough process and I hid no problem from her so as not to negatively impact her analysis. She advised me to book a test so we can corroborate the result of our session and the blood report which would give her more insights on treatment, supplementation, diet and lifestyles.
The test was easy to book with the provider and the results came out quite fast. The report was quite detailed and I sent the report to Dr. Avneet for her analysis of the tests. As the days went by, she kept asking questions based on the report to know if there were any more symptoms that I may have forgotten based on the values presented on the report.
She later sent a detailed root cause analysis report which shows the systemic issues that were present and how each part of the report affected my overall health.
She also added how my lifestyle and diet was negatively affecting my gut and overall inflammation in my body. She recommended supplements for my deficiencies such as magnesium glycinate, zinc, vitamin D3 and K2.
She also created a detailed meal plan for overall health and meals that would allow the supplements to work to their best potential. She also gave me a list of ingredients to avoid in order to maintain my health and keep my potassium levels and kidney function at the best.
She was also able to isolate how the potassium and calcium imbalance was affecting my blood pressure over time.
After a few weeks of consistency on the diet and supplements while also avoiding the ingredients she listed to me, I saw a remarkable difference in my sleep quality, overall good feeling, less weakness, no cramps and my darkcircles cleared up. I also got tired less even when climbing up stairs which was formerly a hassle for me.
The supplements and diet also had other unexpected effects such as high libido, more streamlined body and visible abs with only home routine exercises.
